The Network Store – Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Network Store. If you are not happy with your order, our returns policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.

1. Consumer Right to Cancel

  • Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email or letter).

    2. How to Return Goods

    • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • Returns must be sent to:

      3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by The Network Store in these cases.

    4. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

    • Deductions may be made for items returned in a condition that reduces their resale

      value.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, licensing, or security, certain items may not be returnable once opened. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Software, license keys, or digital products that have been activated.

  • Special-order or customised items.
